RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

For health and safety reasons, we can’t take back sunscreen once it’s left our hands (no one wants a pre-loved SPF). That said, if you’re not completely obsessed for any reason, email us at info@dunesuncare.com and we’ll do our best to make it right. Any refund or exchange is at DUNE Suncare's sole discretion.


If your payment has already gone through for a purchase we later cancel, don’t worry — we’ll refund you. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change. We may ask for a little verification info before we process a refund or exchange.


EXPIRATION DATE POLICY


Your SPF should arrive fresh and ready for all your sun-soaked adventures. If you receive a product with less than six (6) months left before its expiration date, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund once we’ve verified the details.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at info@dunesuncare.com so we can evaluate the issue and make good on you, if there was a slip. Your happiness (and protection) are our top priority.

LEFT ON FRIDAY SWIMWEAR RETURNS

All LOF x DUNE Suncare swimwear products will be fulfilled by Left On Friday and will therefore follow their return policies. Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers. For the full return policy please see on their website here.
