Refund policy

We are dedicated to making your experience the best it can be. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery for a full return of the product. Email info@dunesuncare.com to set up a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at info@dunesuncare.com so we can evaluate the issue and make good on you, if there was a slip. Your happiness (and protection) are our top priority.

LEFT ON FRIDAY SWIMWEAR RETURNS

All LOF x DUNE Suncare swimwear products will be fulfilled by Left On Friday and will therefore follow their return policies. Returns and exchanges can be made within 21 days from the date your order is delivered. All product must be in new, unused condition with all the original Left On Friday tags and that handy hygiene sticker must still be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers. For the full return policy please see on their website here.
